These Terms govern your use of Bulletproof Stamina ("the app"), operated by Ludosati SL (see the Legal notice). By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulletproof Stamina. You confirm this at sign-up. The app is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Because we cannot see your password, we cannot recover it for you — use the password-reset email if you are locked out. You may set an in-app passcode for extra privacy on a shared device.

Purchase and access

• Bulletproof Stamina is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full program. There is no recurring subscription.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
• Because access is granted to digital content immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once you begin — any refund policy offered is described at checkout.
• Deleting your account ends your access and forfeits the purchase; access is not restored on a new account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or redistribute the course content or your account;
• attempt to bypass the paywall, copy the content in bulk, or reverse-engineer the app;
• misuse the AI chatbot or support channels.

Intellectual property

The course content, text, images, and software are owned by Ludosati SL or its licensors and are protected by law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the content within the app.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from your use of the educational content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
